Do I have to pay to publish a listing?
Yes. There is no free listing. You create an account, complete the profile, select an annual plan, and pay through PayPal. An unpaid profile stays private.
What if I stop before paying?
Your completed profile stays attached to your account. Sign in again, open your owner dashboard, and select Complete PayPal payment. You do not need to rebuild the listing.
When does my profile become public?
Only after the application and annual payment are complete and the payment is verified. Payment does not constitute an endorsement or credential-verification badge.
Why can one referral make the annual cost worthwhile?
SEAK reports an average IME charge of $2,890 in its 2024 fee survey. Results vary and no referral is guaranteed, but even the Featured plan is a fraction of that reported average assignment fee.
Does the directory charge a referral percentage?
No. Plans use fixed annual fees. The directory does not take a percentage of professional fees or tie charges to an examiner’s opinion or case outcome.
